Thank you for your interest in the Affordable Housing Program at Sycamore Walk in Compton! We’re excited to share that the sales price for our affordable homes has been set at $140,400, with the anticipated move-in date for homesite 14 scheduled for this October. Additional affordable homes will be released at a later date, and prices are subject to change.

To participate in the program, please complete the Affordable Housing Registration Form below. Applications will be sorted by the date and time of submission. However, during the first 14 days, priority will be given to current Compton residents. After this priority period, all applications will be processed in the order they are received.
